创刊号热烈庆祝《云室时报》创刊

　　在茫茫后室中诞生的杂志《后室臆林》，填补了流浪者的娱乐需要。然而，《后室臆林》的关注者们不仅需要在休闲时刻陶冶情操，更需要在危机四伏时获得一手信息。而文学杂志无法承担传播准确信息的重任，强行加入又会折损《后室臆林》的文学性质，导致其内容杂糅，不便阅读。已有的后室云分广播站也不能在部分层级下接收信号，且并非 24 小时广播。仍有一部分空缺未被填补。

　　基于以上内容，我社创办了报纸《云室时报》，旨在为流浪者传递最新信息，同时填补了这一位置的空缺。我社在此承诺：将为各位提供准时、准确、客观的消息，同时祝愿《云室时报》和《后室臆林》都能在各自的位置上越办越好！

Z 层群数据库疑似遭不明黑客攻击　　2024 年 7 月 30 日云室通讯社群际部　（本文划线词语为人名、专有词汇等）透明. 宣布将于 2024 年 7 月 30 日 15 点整摧毁后室 Z 层群，然而其破坏数据库方式过于低级，导致数据库很快恢复。

　　7 月 22 日，流浪者“透明.”在维版跨层群统一身份认证系统 (Wikidot) 注册了账号“malegebi”。24 日，“透明.”在 Hc 层群上传的层群档案因质量过低，被投票删除。此后，该流浪者对 Hc 层群数据库主管汉堡（即FHanBaoN）进行了质问：“为什么删除我的文章？为什么我会被dv，我的文章有什么问题？”

　　在汉堡解释文章删除是因为代码不生效（漏代码）之后，透明表示：“漏几个破代码能怎么样？包容下不好吗？投中站露个代码都不可能有你们这样的。(我)怎么你了又不回？漏个代码至于 dv 吗？”由于该文章由汉堡代写，透明希望使用泛版跨层群统一身份认证系统 (Fandom) 的生存难度，汉堡认为办不到，使用了维版代码，被透明回复：“还有你搞的什么代码？fandon的生存难度，你用w版的干什么？未勘探完全被你吃了是不是？”五分钟后，透明继续表示：“我才第一次写文就受这种气，你是不是傻逼？死妈，恶意扣分。”

　　同日，汉堡建议透明 “去请教别人，这是一种进步方法”，而透明表示：“你们写的文我看过了，写的什么狗屎？还没我作文写的好，傻逼”。在汉堡继续表示透明 “需要进步”后，透明称：“我哥学过代码，你 13 点前不道歉，我就叫我哥把你网站黑了，等着。” 汉堡在 R 层群等的交流群分享了此事，同时透明实施了炸站行为，不过该行为似乎对 Hc 层群数据库损失极轻。

　　24 日至 28 日，透明在多个层群的交流群中刷屏，同时挑衅、攻击、辱骂其他流浪者，以不断刷屏的方式骚扰、辱骂汉堡。

　　30 日 14 时 39 分，透明表示将于“15 点整正式摧毁后室T层群（数据库）”，后改口为 Z 层群，理由是“因为有个叫双生魄的儿子，我要好好教育一下”。由于此事影响力过大，Cloud 层群数据库非活跃管理员显卡自导自演，使用透明的手法还原了炸站情况。

公交车被堵　居民怎么说？　　2024 年 7 月 31 日云室通讯社民生部　29 日，多辆 600 路公交车再次在双岛城云室大道附近被堵。附近居民胡先生对此发表了一番意见：“之前不堵的时候坐车去公司提前一个半小时出门，现在我发现走路都比得过 600 路公交车，交委不管一管吗？”

　　2021 年 9 月，双岛城西陆综合保税区管委会揭牌，此后多家企业和工厂纷纷入驻。为方便西陆居民出行，613、614、615 路开通，但从市区到西陆还是存在不小的空缺，只能搭乘城际班线。为了方便市区和西陆居民出行，加强联通，2022 年 1 月，双岛城开通公交 600 路，由西陆管委会到中心客运站，设站 37 个。考虑到客流较大，600 路开通时配 30 辆 12 米公交车，类似于 K9B，开通当天的现场十分热闹。

　　然而另一侧，12 辆 600 路公交车被多辆小巴、中巴车阻挡。记者一番询问，才得知这 12 辆公交车准备前往西陆参加通车典礼，在管委会附近被堵。堵路的一位中巴车司机拿出了运管局 2021 年 11 月核发的证件，说：“11 月交运委还批手续呢，怎么两个月就开公交线啊？我们刚开始跑湖东村到汽车站班线，客流不稳也坚持下来了，现在客流多了，公交就抢客流了。我们票价 7 元，他 600 路最高才 5 元，什么道理嘛？”

　　双岛巴士集团负责人要求交运委解决此事，在经过一番商量之后，交运委表示“两边线路不一样，都跑起来呗”。此事发酵后，各部门与私营车主开始商讨解决方案，私营车主表示“给钱就行，车升一升级，票降一降价，公平竞争”，此事就暂时完结了，600 路也于 6 日恢复运营。然而私营车主似乎想到了什么，于是他们的车成了 12 台 K9B，运管局在面对审批请求时表示：“那你们这个算什么？城乡班线也不是，600 路那是人双巴（双岛巴士集团缩写）运营的，你们这也不是……”而私营车公司方面表示：“你们这有点猛，要不直接纳入双岛巴士，从报站到电显再到卡机全给一条龙包了行不？”私营车主说：“我自费的车给双岛巴士跑？我不干。”私营车主可不管什么审批，电显一打，直接把车开到客运站东广场门口，坐 600 的都上车。正规 600 路的司机表示：“我都惊了”。

　　而当时私营 600 路司机不光在东广场门口揽客，还超公营 600 路的车，有的司机甚至在车上边开车边吃水果，还有司机开车时抽烟。可以说除车之外，服务水平一点没有长进。双岛巴士三分公司（公营 600 路运营方）表示每天投诉极多，但全都不是公营 600 路的司机干的。

　　经过双方协调，最终决定：特批这 12 辆车加入 600 路，分时段发公营/私营车。希望 600 路被堵这件事不再发生，也不再上新闻。
