Level Cloud-190是后室Cloud层群的第190层。

描述

Level Cloud-190的第一张照片，拍摄者未知。

Level Cloud-190表现为一片广袤的海洋，据流浪者描述，该层级会给人一种“惬意的”，“放松的”，“愉快的”感觉，尚不清楚其原因。

在Level Cloud-190，时常有一些前厅的动物在此层的海面上方游荡，诸如红喉潜鸟、海燕、海雀、海鸥等等，这些动物被证实和前厅的完全一致并且完全无害。

该层级中的海洋大小未知，可以肯定的是该层级没有大陆的存在。浅海地区会出现一些鱼类和水藻，但1000米以下的深海区域全部不可勘探，因此我们对深海区域的了解少之又少。

Level-cloud-190拥有和前厅类似的昼夜循环，但每天只有20小时。该层级的温度恒定在15℃左右。
